ROLE DESCRIPTION:
SDD State Farm Agency is on the hunt for a driven and competitive producer who excels at transforming leads into enduring customer relationships. As our Insurance and Financial Services Representative, you’ll use your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to dazzle clients, pinpoint their needs, and market products or services that will make them say, "Where have you been all my life?" You will also play a role in developing strategies and setting quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as necessary.
- Uphold a robust work ethic with a steadfast commitment to daily success.
- Collaborate with your agency's team to ensure enduring customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A burning passion for marketing products and services that customers need (and maybe even some they didn't know they needed).
- Property & Casualty Producers License.
- Life & Health Producers License.
- Sales experience preferred (whether you've sold lemonade as a kid or luxury yachts as an adult).
- A proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (because bragging rights are important).
- Proactive problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
